Our Scope of work will primarily cover the following areas:
• Identify the location, do a detailed project report
• Market survey and assessment with recommendations
• Conceptualizing and Design of facilities and layout to ensure optimization of space
• Review and approve architectural drawings as per International standards
• Advising on the size and type of facility with adequate manpower planning
• Assist in laying down policies, procedures, systems and operating manuals for the functioning of the Home
• Putting in place a comprehensive Care package covering all aspects of resident healthcare and well being
• Assist in outlining job descriptions and recruitment of key personnel while identifying training requirements
• Promoting residents well being by developing activities / hobbies and other stimulating experiences
• Assist in structuring fees / deposit / service charges for providing care, in line with Companies objectives
• Putting in place a robust monitoring system for maintaining Quality Assurance, in line with MHA (UK) standards
• Facility management or Management of allied services as agreed
