The retirement cum care home project is part of 17.5 acre group housing project, in which 2 towers housing 156 apartments have been exclusively designed keeping needs of senior citizen in view. The services, amenities and facilities are structured at two levels. At level one, they share all the common facilities in the entire complex and the state art of club thus encouraging intergenerational intermingling and positive outlook. At level two, on the ground floor of the2 tower, referred to, including area in between the two, all special facilities and amenities unique to senior citizens have been housed.
